I love Near. I know a lot of people hate him but they need to realize that he grew up in an orphanage. I don't get everyone's problem with him. I know one excuse is that the anime ruins his manga self,but that's not true. Just because he's the one who was able to defeat Light/Kira doesn't mean he have to be hated for it. The point of the show is to defeat Kira.
